How much will delivery cost?
We charge $15.00 For Gold Coast, Brisbane Sunshine Coast $15, Northern New South Wales $15,North Queensland $25,Sydney $20,Melbourne $28 and standard charge for up to 25kg,surrounding area is $25.00.All other areas price will vary. Freighted Goods by a courier company of our choice unless other arrangements have been made.
Remote Area Charges: Western Australia, remote NSW and QLD and Northern Territory attract may incur extra delivery charges and is dependent on location, size and weight of your order. You will be advised by a consultant if extra delivery charges are applicable and asked for further instructions in relation to the order.
When will you deliver my order?
We deliver on Tuesday and Fridays. Your order needs to be placed with us by noon on Sunday for Tuesday delivery, and noon on Wednesday for Friday delivery. Our goods come by carrier and will need a signature. If there is a possibility that no-one will be in when the delivery is made, please give us an alternative instruction, e.g. leave in porch/garage/with neighbors.
Why must I leave specific delivery instructions?
Our delivery company will only try to deliver your parcel twice before they return it to us. If your order may be delivered when no-one is there to sign for it, you should leave delivery instructions as to where to leave the parcel and specify that it can be left unsigned for. This way you will be sure to receive the goods on time and at their best.
