Our site uses a standard shopping basket approach, found on many other online stores - however we appreciate that you may not have shopped online before so use the drop down menu to find some useful tips and if you feel anything is unclear or could be further improved, please contact us.
As you browse the products pages you will notice an \'add\' button next to each product. Buy clicking this the item will be added to the basket at the price shown. If you require more than 1 of the item, you can change the quantity in the basket and click \'update\' to see the updated quantity and total price.Continue adding items to your basket until you are ready to complete your order - if you are not currently in your basket page, click \'view\' under the your basket heading on the left hand menu.
Checking out
To check out from the basket page select \'checkout\' where you will be asked to fill out some details.
If you haven\'t used our new online shop before you will required to fill out your address details, and an email account where we can send confirmation of your order and any other order related correspondence to. You will also need to provide a username and password to allow you to place future orders and check your order status. Make sure that your username and password are memorable to you, but not obvious to others. Having completed your user information and pressed \'send registration\', you will proceed to enter delivery information.
Delivery and Shipping
You will be asked to confirm if delivery address is the same as your account address or you may enter a different delivery address. The delivery address can be that of a gift recipient or can be used if you wish your order to be delivered to a work, or other daytime location where it can be signed for. All your delivery addresses are stored for easy use in future orders.You will also be asked to choose a delivery option based on which part of the you are sending the parcel to.
Finally you will be asked if you wish to include any delivery instructions with your order, these should include any delivery notes (eg the parcel can be left unsigned for in the porch) or any message that you wish to be included with the order if it is a gift. You should also specify a delivery on or before date if you require delivery for a special day, otherwise your order will be dispatched for the next available delivery
Payment Options
During the checkout process you will be asked which payment method you wish to use. We offer two main types of payment PAYPAL or \'Credit / Debit Card\' The benefit of credit / debit card payments is that your goods will be scheduled for dispatch as soon as payment has been taken (usually immediately).
All our Credit / Debit card transactions are handled by a third party, securely encrypted payment gateway. This means we don\'t store any credit card details on our site and ensures that your details are processed by an automated system that is highly secure. You will be directed to the secure payment page as the final step in the checkout process. You will asked for specific details including your card number - if your payment is taken successfully, you will be returned to our site and informed that payment was successful. If there has been any difficulty in processing your payment we will contact you by email (or phone) and take payment by another method.
Why do i need a username & Password ? Why must I click \'update\' after updating quantity?
We have tried to make our site as easy and helpful as possible. By creating a memorable username and password with your first order you will be able to place future orders easily without having to re-type address and user information. Your username and password simply allow us to identify you next time you visit the site, you can use your email address and as your username and any memorable word or number sequence as your password.
When you change the quantity of a particular Item in your basket, you must use the \'update\' button to re-calculate the price so that we can show you the total cost of your order.
Why do you need my telephone Number?
We ask you to supply a contact telephone number to allow us to contact you in case of an urgent query that may otherwise delay your order. We will never sell or use this telephone number for any other purpose.
