INGREDIENTS:

Water, organic premium bakers flour (wheat), organic wholemeal spelt flour (wheat) 22.8%, organic sourdough starter [organic white spelt flour (wheat), organic white flour (wheat), water] 4.7%, salt, dry yeast [yeast, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid] 0.6%, vital wheat gluten, bread improver [soy flour, mineral salt (170), emulsifiers (481, 472e), flour treatment agents (516, 300, 920), wheat flour, wheat malt flour, enzymes (wheat)] 0.4%, organic sesame seeds, polenta.

CONTAINS: Wheat, Gluten, Soy, Sesame Seeds.
MAY CONTAIN: Oats, Rye, Barley, Walnuts, Almonds.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate in warm or humid conditions. Can be frozen for 6 months. Keep sealed to maintain freshness. Consume within 3-5 days of opening. 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Suitable for toasting, heating or fresh consumption. If heating, place whole loaf or sections in an oven and heat at 180'C for 4-6 minutes.
