Our gluten free buckwheat seedbread is naturally leavened making it delicious and nutritious. This product is wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, yeast free, GMO-free, low Gi, vegan and natural. Where possible organic ingredients have been used.


Ingredients:

Organic buckwheat flour, organic rice sourdough, potato starch, organic rice flour, arrowroot, organic pepita seed, organic sunflower oil, organic brown rice flour, organic linseed, psyllium husk, organic rice malt, natural chia seed, sea salt, guar gum. 

For best results, please refrigerate or freeze after purchase. 

For easier handling, warm bread in the microwave for 5 - 10 seconds.  All our Bread is sliced, Perfect when served by itself or as a base for a sandwich.

Where possible, organic ingredients have been used.
